A practice built around your voice and your choice

LiveWell Gainesville began with a simple conviction: therapy works best when you are met as a whole person, in a place that feels nothing like a waiting room.

How we work

We work from a person-centered, empowerment perspective that honors the significance of who you are. That is not a slogan to us; it changes what sessions look like. You set the pace. You decide what gets talked about. Your therapist brings the training, the structure, and the steadiness, and you bring the only expertise that matters most: your own life.

Our clinicians draw on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral techniques, and Humanistic approaches. Which of those shows up in your care depends on you, your goals, and what the research says will help, never on habit.

Who we see

Individuals, couples, families, and groups, from preteens to elders, of all orientations and backgrounds. Our team includes specialists in complex trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, veterans and military families, and forensic evaluation.

Where you’ll find us

Our office sits at 310 NW 76th Drive, Suite B, on Gainesville’s west side, minutes from Tioga, Jonesville, and Newberry. The office is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and an accessible restroom.

Not in Gainesville? We provide secure telehealth to patients anywhere in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
